Volunteer Committee

Get more involved with GMU PRSSA by joining our Volunteer Committee. As a volunteer, you will work directly under the guidance of the E-board to support PRSSA in planning events, recruiting members, and maintaining our social presence. The volunteer positions are available below. â€‹

Editor/ Writer

  • Write and edit brief articles about PRSSA meetings and events

  • Create copywriting pieces to promote for PRSSA meetings and events

  • Assist with building PRSSA website

  • Manage and update content for PRSSA website

Photographer​

  • Take pictures at PRSSA meetings and events

  • Update PRSSA Instagram stories

  • Create interactive short videos for PRSSA’s social accounts

Event Coordinator​

  • Plan bonding activities/events for PRSSA members

  • Develop plans for recruitment/fundraising events, interest meeting

  • Responsible for event logistics

  • Manage PRSSA volunteers at tabling events
