Chloe Miller - President

​

Hi!! I’m Chloe - a senior studying Public Relations with a minor in Art History.

 

This summer, I had the pleasure of working as a Digital Media & Communications Intern at Iridium Satellite Inc. and going on trips and to concerts with my friends! I’m so excited to continue working with my fellow board memebers on expanding PRSSA and trying out new meeting ideas and activities this semester!

Kai Sharpless - Treasurer

Hello! I’m Kai, and I am a Political Communication and IOC Major at GMU, with a focus on Public Health Policy.

 

This summer, I worked as a DEIA Project Intern at the Mint Museum in Charlotte, NC, and spent much-needed time with family and friends. I am excited to serve as a Treasurer for PRSSA this semester and work with the team to organize memorable events!

Valeria Veliz-Vargas- Vice President

Hello! My name is Valeria and I am the chapter Vice President for this semester. I am Senior double majoring in Public Relations and Spanish.

 

This summer I had the opportunity to study abroad in Granada, Spain as well as travel to visit family. I look forward to working with the E-board to continue growing the GMU PRSSA chapter.

Meron Fikru - Co Treasurer​

Hello everyone, my name is Meron! I am majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and pursuing a minor in African and African American Studies.

 

This summer, I enjoyed spending time with relatives from abroad, having fun with friends, and traveling. I’m so excited to meet with new students and members and to share the opportunities and resources that PRSSA provides.

Arley Evans- Secretary​

​

Hi! My name is Arley and I am a senior majoring in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and minors in English and Medieval Studies!

 

Over the summer, I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with friends, go to a bunch of concerts, and recharge and relax before fall semester. I am super excited to be working with PRSSA again this fall as the secretary, and I’m especially excited to show everybody all the new and amazing ideas and meetings that we’ll be bringing to Mason students!

Allyson Bautista - Social Media Liaison​

Hi! I’m Allyson, a senior Communication major in Public Relations with a minor in Aviation Management.

 

This summer I trained for my pilot’s license, interned at an aerospace and tech PR firm, and even wrapped it up with a trip to Paris. I love flying and traveling, and I’m excited to serve as PRSSA’s Social Media Liaison this year can’t wait to see what we create together!

Hi! I’m Jae, a senior majoring in Government and International Politics with a double minor in Criminology and Political Communication.

 

This summer, I had the privilege of interning on an attorney general campaign. This year I’m looking forward to meeting new members and helping create fun, memorable events.
